The client agrees to pay:
Terms and Conditions and Payment terms may be cancelled or changed by RedfiX at any time without notice. All transactions are governed by the terms of RedfiX documents. Where the client is entitled to be indemnified by a Third party, Workers Compensation or Private Health insurer where a gap has occurred, the client is responsible for the gap payment.
RedfiX accepts cash, EFTPOS, credit cards and offers electronic health rebates (HealthPoint) for the client’s convenience. In the event of an electronic network failure, full payment is still required on the day of consultation.
Our focus on care, compassion and good service to our clients is paramount. Cancellations do affect our clients and the professional service delivery by our professional team. While it is our desire to be effective and fair to our clients, a Cancellation Policy will be enforced. We do understand that cancellations might be based on unavoidable circumstances. Our professionals reserve their time for your appointment; therefore we ask that you give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not appear for a scheduled appointment without notifying RedfiX, we reserve the right to charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. Any Workers Compensation or Veterans Affairs clients or clients who hold accepted Centrelink Concession Cards will be required to pay the bill privately when they do not attend or do not cancel appointments with 24 hours’ notice and we are unable to fill that vacancy. Your understanding and co-operation is appreciated.
FOR CONSULTATION-ONLY APPOINTMENTS
If the client arrives late to an appointment, but within appointed time slot, the client will receive a shorter consultation in an effort not to inconvenience other clients. If the client arrives after or does not attend the appointment, the client will be charged the Cancellation Fee.
If the client arrives late to an appointment, but within appointed time slot, the health practitioner will determine if there is adequate time to proceed or if rebooking the appointment is more appropriate so as not to inconvenience other clients. A 25% fee will be charged for rebooking in this situation. If the client arrives after or does not attend the appointment, the client will be charged the Cancellation Fee.
The client gives consent to our professionals to perform all necessary examinations, manipulations, therapy, rehabilitation and procedures in accordance with their professional training and understanding of the client’s presentation. The client understands that they have an opportunity to discuss this with the assigned professional before treatment is rendered.
RedfiX shall not be liable for, nor shall they accept any responsibility for any injury sustained by any person or persons arising out of any treatments delivered at the place of business.
